I am a Registered Associate Nutritionist (Association for Nutrition), a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, and a member of the British Psychological Society .
My counselling and nutrition practice is based in North Dorset where I have a comfortable private consulting room with parking available.
My counselling approach is integrative, I use mainly using Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapies. My training has included a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and an MSc in Nutrition and Behaviour.
